MODESTO, Calif. - The city will pay a $152,000 fine for a spill that polluted a creek with 1.2 million gallons of raw sewage. The Modesto City Council agreed Tuesday to pay the fine from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board for the October 2004 spill.Save to My Web
